The Firework show was great and the convenience store nearby was very helpful. The gym and pool were nice and we liked that there were both dry and wet saunas available for use.

The hotel closed some of its facilities without prior notice. The breakfast buffet was inconsistent, and we had to pay extra when there was no buffet available. Moreover, the hotel didn't inform us of this change. The staff didn't speak much English, and some seemed disinterested in helping. We also had some issues with cleanliness in the room. it wasn't the best experience.

The hotel was beautifully designed and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the amazing view from our room. It was clean and well-maintained. One of our favorite things was the pool area and comfortable chairs around the pool. We also liked the convenience store nearby and the quick check-in and check-out process.

The breakfast was lacking some options we were expecting like ham and cheese. , we were not informed in advance about the pool's schedule changing nor about the non-buffet breakfast on certain days.

This hotel has friendly staff and comfortable rooms with nice views and well-maintained pools. There is also a convenience store nearby and some helpful staff members who can guide guests to attractions, such as a railway station that is about 20 minutes away, or recommend dining options.

Some guests have experienced disappointment with the closing times of on-site amenities and a lack of communication about sudden changes to breakfast service.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, with its clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. The location was great, as we were close to transportation to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient parking.

This hotel just oozes luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the picturesque garden areas, we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. the seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing swim and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We also loved the private facilities in our room, which added an extra touch of opulence to our trip.

We had a minor issue with the soap/shampoo dispensers being removed from the locker room showers, but this was quickly resolved when we found single, use bottles available. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience at this hotel was incredible.
